Technical Specs & Capacity
Technical plastic molding demands precise raw material preparation, including deep dehumidifying and strict melt temperature monitoring. Every press in our park is equipped with auxiliary drying hoppers and mold temperature controllers. We safely adapt customer-owned molds onto our clamping units, running continuous mass production with strict part weight monitoring and micronic dimensional stability.
Manufacturing & Tooling Process
Customer molds are received, safety sensors calibrated, and clamped onto our press platens. Resin (such as ABS, POM, PA66) is dried to optimal moisture levels in central desiccant dryers. Injection profiles, packing pressure, and cooling parameters are calibrated via PLC controller. Parts are demolded (manually or utilizing linear robotic sprue pickers) onto scratch-free conveyors. QA checks validate structural weight before boxing.
