Contract Rubber Parts Molding & Compression Service

Controlling vulcanization parameters and compound consistency is key to our zero-defect production philosophy. Our machinery includes compression, transfer, and vacuum molding presses from 50 to 600 tons. We accept customer-owned existing molds, perform preventative maintenance, calibrate them to our press tables, and optimize cycle times. We verify compound hardness (Shore A), tensile strength, and compression set in our dedicated laboratory.

Manufacturing & Tooling Process

Existing molds are inspected, refurbished if necessary, and mounted onto calibrated press tables. Compounds are precision weighed and portioned as preforms. Press parameters—temperature, pressure, and curing time—are strictly monitored via PLC interfaces. Molded parts undergo cryogenic deflashing (liquid nitrogen) or precision manual trimming. Components pass through 100% optical inspection and QA tests before packed.

Industrial Applications

Automotive (bellows, bushings, suspension rubber), utility networks (gas diaphragms, potable water seals), agriculture, and armored defense vehicles.
