We design and engineer premium hot/cold runner plastic injection molds with hydraulic/mechanical slider mechanisms for automotive, medical, and electronic industries in Konya OSB.

Precision Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing

Injection molding demands optimal cooling channel design and balanced gating layout. Our engineering team utilizes Moldflow software to predict plastic flow behavior, cycle times, and potential warpage before cutting metal. We manufacture tools from certified DIN 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2738, or DIN 1.2083 stainless steel. Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers enable micro-level accuracy for tools matching 60T to 800T injection presses.

Manufacturing & Tooling Process

Starting with CAD design, parting lines, sliders, and lifters are determined. Hot runner systems (e.g., Yudo, Synventive) are configured into the assembly. The core steel undergoes rough CNC milling, stress relief heat treatment, and precision CNC finishing. Complex geometries are refined using CNC EDM spark erosion. After drilling deep-hole cooling channels, the mold is assembled for T1 test molding in our in-house injection plant. 3D CMM inspection report validates part quality before shipping.

Automotive (interior/exterior trims, dash components, mirror housings), medical (cleanroom components, syringes), electronics (connectors, housings, enclosures), and packaging.
